Community and Date of Birth Certificate

All Kachi members that those who didn't apply for their children or to anyone else, please apply early, so that you or anyone can submit in Meesava and get Caste Certificate from Government and keep with them for early submissions.

"KACHI" Certificate is issued Free of Cost and in Government Meeseva, you can apply Personally and you can pay to Government directly. The xerox expenses you have to pay individually.

Request everyone, before applying community Certificate, please clear membership dues till the Year End.

Documents Required :

1. Application Form.
2. Below 10th Bonofied and Birth Certificate.
3. After 10th SSC Memo and TC and Birth Certificate Xerox.
4. Aadhaar Xerox of Applicant and Father.
5. Previous Caste or Blood Relation of Father Side Caste Certificate Xerox.
6. Gas/Electricity Bill Xerox.
7. Passport Size Photo of Application.
8. Notary / Affidavit.
